10. Limitation of Liability

CourseZen Suite is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Liability capped at greater of amounts paid in 12 months or $100.

We may suspend/terminate access anytime.

13. Governing Law

Texas law. Dallas County, Texas courts.
